Mental health is important, after doing a mental health check and asking my staff how they are doing I felt that we as a staff team should reduce some the requirements of being a staff member.
Changes Being Made:
- First response to support tickets has been bumped to within 48 hours (Staff please still try to answer asap as timing is everything)
- Support tickets are now Mod+ with Admin+ focusing on Bug Reports, this should allow Moderators more time to play the game since our Admins will have a main focus on Bugs.
- Our Helper roles do not have Online Time requirements (Staff you should still be active and notify higher staff when you will be unavailable for an extended time)
- Our Helper roles will now be more focused on Chat offenses, answering questions, and community involvement.
- I am now instructing Staff members to be less lenient when it comes to Player/Staff disrespect. No one in the community needs to take rude behavior from someone, so now it will be more strictly enforced.
