Hey everyone! This announcement is to provide some clarity on how our store will run in the future.

Checkout Changes

Tebex (the platform we use) is forcing every MC server into their new "Tebex checkout" system, this includes them taking a 5% fee on EVERY purchase going through their system. This means they forced us out of using our existing setup and Stripe is no longer an available option. 

If you experience any issues with checkout after this change please open a Purchase Issues ticket in our discord under #Support.

New Payment Methods

We have added more payment methods that are accessible across the EU.

Gift Cards

This now gives us access to gift cards which we will be using for future Vote Top rewards, that way you can use a virtual balance instead of a one time use coupon.

Conclusion

Overall, I am not very happy with Tebex forcing us into a system where they take 5% of your guys' payments, while that seems small... 5% could be used for improving the server instead of going to a greedy company that already requires you to pay monthly for features that should be present regardless. With that, we may be moving to a new payment platform in the future and I will keep you guys updated. This really has no effect on you other than how you checkout, but I just wanted to be transparent on this.
