Good Evening,

Due to low volume of Staff and there being multiple ways to recover items on Towny, we will be no longer providing replacements/assisting with item or grave recovery unless there is a server bug attached to the loss of items.

While we understand it is frustrating to lose, this is part of the game and every time we have to assist recovering items it takes away from other duties that we need to do.

Graves

To help back up this change, we have provided more information on the graves plugin on Towny. This includes Lava/Void graves where you may think they are gone forever but actually the graves get sent to the nearest safe location. The grave compass will always point you to that correct safe location.
