Chest & Container Protection

To keep your items safe, our server uses Bolt, a modern chest and container protection plugin. Most containers are automatically protected when you place them, but you can also manage protections manually using commands.

This page explains how protections work and how to use them.

Automatic Protection

Most containers are automatically locked as private when placed, including:

  • Chests & Trapped Chests
  • Barrels
  • Furnaces, Blast Furnaces, Smokers
  • Hoppers
  • Brewing Stands
  • Shulker Boxes
  • Beacons
  • Lecterns, Jukeboxes, Note Blocks
  • Item Frames & Armor Stands
  • Chest Boats & Minecarts

πŸ”“ Ender Chests are public by default.
🚫 Doors, trapdoors, signs, fence gates, and banners are not protected automatically.

Protection Types

When locking a container, you can choose a protection type. If you don’t specify one, it defaults to private.
