Claims protect your land with SimpleClaimSystem. You start with up to 5 claims; ranks give you more claims, more chunks and more members. Claims only work in the survival world, not in spawn.

The claim setting Fly is off and you cannot turn it on. You fly with /fly from rank 45, see Flying.
